For the 100th recipe out of the Ten Tun Brew House we brought in the expert eyes, ears and taste buds of the Steam Town team. After being beer friends for over 20 years this is actually our first brew together!

We threw the brewery sink at this beer - alternative hop products, techniques and a new hop variety went into our best NEIPA to date.
